Arts Centre Manager

Website Landmark Arts Centre
The Landmark Arts Centre lives up to its name; housed in an iconic building in Teddington, southwest London, reaching audiences across a wide area.
We survived the pandemic lockdowns stronger and determined to build on our past successes. A new staff team, new ticketing and CRM platform, new web site in development, an invigorated and supportive board of trustees, two new patrons and the backing of lots of friends in the community all augur well for the Centre.
Our current Centre Manager has decided to move on after 14 years in the role, and we are now looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced cultural professional to lead the organisation through the next stage of its development. We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing high quality, relevant cultural experiences to our community and to working in inclusive, generous, responsible and creative ways to deliver our ambitious plans.
The role covers leadership, artistic programming, financial management, fundraising and audience development as well as responsibility for the Grade II* listed building. It’s a broad role combining longer term planning horizons with the need to be operationally involved, balancing the ability to think commercially while cognisant of our charitable objects.
