Finance and Fundraising Administrator

Sistema Scotland is looking for a Finance & Fundraising Administrator to join its central team based in Raploch, Stirling.

You will provide administrative support for both the fundraising and finance functions of Sistema Scotland to ensure the continued success and growth of each of the Big Noise programmes.  This will involve supporting the fundraising team’s work to further develop the charity’s income from grants, gifts and donations, as well as supporting the finance team to ensure that the resources of the organisation are appropriately managed through robust financial processes and procedures.

You will be an experienced administrator, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage a high pressure workload as well as high levels of literacy and numeracy.  You will have first class IT skills, with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and Word.  You will have experience of working with databases and will be proficient in manipulating data from accounting software and Excel.

This is a full time post, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
